Mostly by the project. I prefer fixed-price quotes so you know exactly what you’re paying before we start. No surprise bills. No "oops, this took longer than expected" fees. You get a quote, I do the work, you pay the price.

No. I’m not a "ghost" developer. I build systems for the long term. Once we launch, I offer maintenance packages to keep things running, or I can record training videos so you can manage it yourself. I only leave if you want me to leave.

Not at all. That’s my job. You don’t need to know the difference between React, Vue, or WordPress. You just need to tell me your business goals. I’ll choose the best technology to solve that problem, not just the one I feel like using today.

It depends on the scope. A simple landing page might take a week; a full automation system might take a month. During our discovery call, I’ll give you a strict timeline, and I actually stick to it.

Usually, yes. I speak fluent "spaghetti code." If you have a website that’s broken or an automation that’s misfiring, I can audit it. If it’s salvageable, I’ll fix it. If it’s a burning building, I’ll tell you honestly that we need to start over.
